Matthew Hesch

Matt earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University in 2022 after completing his undergraduate studies in Biology with a Pre-Physical Therapy focus at Augustana University.

He has worked with patients from all walks of life and activity levels, from post-operative rehabilitation to performance optimization. Matt has extensive experience working with athletes across a variety of sports, including UFC, MLB, tennis, and recreational athletes. His clinical expertise includes rehabilitation following ACL and rotator cuff repairs, as well as other ligament and soft tissue surgeries.

Matt is passionate about creating individualized plans of care that align with each patient’s unique goals. He strives to foster a positive, motivating, and upbeat environment where patients feel supported throughout their recovery and performance journey.

A former basketball and soccer player, Matt continues to stay active by playing in local rec leagues. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys refereeing youth soccer, hiking, rock climbing, and playing golf.
