Kindly arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment wear comfortable clothing and exercise shoes.
Initial evaluations are 1 hour in duration.
Your doctor of physical therapy will take a medical history, learn about your current complaint and understand your personal goals.
You will then undergo a physical examination at which time your strength, range of motion, functional mobility and level of pain will be assessed.
The examination results will be explained and a plan of care will be established based on your individual goals and functional impairments.
Post-op patients: please bring surgical report and post-op protocol from your physician for your Physical Therapist to review if available

Yes! We treat a wide variety of people of different ages and injury types looking for Physical Therapy.

In most cases, no referral is required to begin physical therapy. Certain insurances may still require one, and we are happy to verify this for you. Please note: patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or accident insurance will always need a referral or prescription before starting care.

Yes. If you have out-of-network benefits, we will courtesy bill your insurance on your behalf. If you do not have coverage or prefer not to use insurance, we also offer straightforward self-pay options.

The number of visits varies based on your condition, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. After your initial evaluation, your Doctor of Physical Therapy will recommend a personalized plan of care and adjust it as you progress to ensure you’re moving toward your goals efficiently and safely.
