Caroline Bleck

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Caroline is a highly skilled and compassionate physical therapist who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. With a background in athletics, she possesses a unique expertise in working with active individuals, helping them achieve their peak performance while preventing and rehabilitating injuries. Growing up in Long Island, New York, she developed a passion for health and wellness early on through sports, which was further fueled by her academic and athletic pursuits.

At Monmouth University, she majored in Health Science with a minor in Exercise Science, all while competing at the highest collegiate level as an NCAA Division I women’s lacrosse player. This experience not only sharpened her understanding of the physical demands on athletes but also deepened her commitment to promoting optimal health through movement and exercise for all populations and individuals.

After completing her undergraduate studies, she continued her education at Nova Southeastern University, where she earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. While attending graduate school she earned her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which allows her to design and implement advanced training programs that enhance athletic performance while minimizing the risk of injury.

She is passionate about treating patients from a holistic perspective, recognizing that true wellness encompasses not just the physical, but also the emotional and mental aspects of health. She is committed to creating individualized treatment plans that are not only effective but also sustainable, helping patients to achieve long-term success. Her approach is deeply rooted in evidence-based practice, utilizing the latest research to ensure that each patient receives the most effective care possible.
